Payment methods:
Advance bank transfer: After placing the order, we await confirmation of the availability of the goods and proceed with payment by bank transfer, our bank details will be provided via email. The goods will be shipped (via the BRT courier) upon receipt of the amount transferred by you to our bank. Shipping cost:
Shipping costs amount to €16.00 for parcels and €26.00 for canoes up to 4 meters and are intended as a fixed cost for each transport throughout the Italian territory.
For kayaks and canoes over 4 metres, request a quote.
Packaging cost: free
Delivery:
Delivery takes place via the BRT courier, which guarantees receipt of the goods within 5-7 days of shipment, barring serious traffic problems in the national territory. Any purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be taken care of on the first following working day.
Upon receipt of the goods, please carefully check: that the number of packages received is the same as that indicated on the transport document that the packaging of the goods received is intact and corresponds to the goods indicated on the transport document
In the event that one of the above conditions is not satisfied, it is important to immediately contest the shipment to the carrier, clearly indicating in the courier's document to be signed the words: conditional receipt. Once the courier's document has been signed, it will no longer be possible to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported, possibly attaching a photograph, to info@alpinaction.it or by fax to the number 00386 5 384 55 05.
Right of withdrawal:
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
All costs of returning the products are borne by the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver the same to the seller's domicile; all items must arrive in the same conditions as they were received, equipped with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; Returning the goods using any other method is not permitted.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Canyon 4 d.o.o. Trnovo ob Soči 26a, 5222 Kobarid, Slovenia.
We will refund the amounts paid by the Customer as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the above communication, retaining only the amount of shipping costs, which will remain definitively borne by the Customer. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods which are intact at the time of return and cannot be exercised for products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are at risk of rapidly altering or deteriorating.
Canyon 4 d.o.o. will accept the returned goods reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging; only in this case will it send the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.
Transport costs, incurred for delivery of the product to the customer and for any return to Canyon 4 d.o.o., are not refundable.
Sales prices and purchase methods:
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.alpinaction.it include VAT.
The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified. This cost will, in any case, be made known to the customer before confirming the purchase.
Privacy:
Canyon 4 d.o.o. has full respect for your privacy. The data you transmit to us will be processed using electronic aids and will be used by Canyon 4 d.o.o. only to allow us to manage orders and shipments.
To access and navigate the website www.alpinaction.it, no registration or data entry is required, entry is free. However, it is necessary to leave your data when you decide to proceed with the purchase.
All information relating to personal data, orders and payments made are strictly confidential. We assure you that under no circumstances and for no reason will we disclose personal data to third parties outside of Canyon 4 d.o.o.
